AAP
A police officer has been charged after allegedly failing to provide a breath analysis while off duty in Sydney's west.
Police say the 41-year-old woman was found along the M4 Motorway at Eastern Creek next to a vehicle about 10.20pm on Wednesday and it's alleged she refused to provide a breath analysis.
Her duty status is currently being reviewed and she is expected to face Blacktown Local Court on April 26, charged with refusing or failing to submit to breath analysis.
