NSW police launch Easter traffic blitz

NSW drivers who break the road rules during the Easter long weekend will be slapped with double demerits.
NSW Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione and Police Minister Troy Grant will launch Operation Tortoise on Wednesday in a bid to halt the 2016 road toll, which currently sits at 85.
Double demerits apply from Thursday until Monday.
