An AVO application had been due to be heard against the husband of a missing Illawarra mother last Monday, court documents show.
Tiffany Figueira, 28, and her nine-year-old daughter, Abbey Parsons, were reported missing by a family member when they failed to return to their Primbee home, south of Wollongong, on Tuesday.
According to court listings, Mrs Figueira had been due to appear in court at Albion Park last Monday for an AVO application against Anacleto Figueira.
