NSW man injured on construction site
AAP
A man is in a stable condition in hospital after suffering serious neck and back injuries from a fall at a construction site in Sydney's inner west.
The man, believed to be in his 30s, fell about two metres down a half-constructed stairwell at the Mascot site on Thursday morning.
Emergency services loaded the man onto a crane which then lowered him to the ground, before he was taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
