AAP
A driver has been charged after he was filmed allegedly performing dangerous burnouts in Sydney's south.
A 31-year-old man narrowly avoided multiple crashes while doing burnouts for about 200 metres along Bay Street in Brighton-Le-Sands on Sunday afternoon, police said.
A witness filmed the incident on a mobile phone and the footage was shown to police, who later arrested the man at a Hurstville home.
