NSW man, 82, on historical sex charges

An 82-year-old Newcastle man has been charged with the alleged sexual assaults of three children over a 20-year period between 1976 and 1992.
The elderly man, who was arrested in the suburb of Hamilton on Monday, has been granted conditional bail and is due to face a Newcastle court next month, NSW Police say
He's facing more than a dozen charges, including buggery and multiple counts of assaulting a female and committing acts of indecency against someone under 16 years.
