NSW greyhounds board administrator chosen
AAP
The NSW government has appointed an administrator to manage Greyhound Racing NSW just over a week after a bill to ban the industry was passed.
John Gibbons has been chosen to manage the peak industry board's transition as it prepares to shut down on July 1, 2017.
"This business plan will be released publicly and provide detailed guidance on measures to manage the business and regulatory functions of the industry's closure," Deputy Premier Troy Grant announced on Saturday.
