- $251m Shellharbour Hospital redevelopment.

- $100m over five years to protect the state's threatened plants and animals.

- $4.5m for a new renal dialysis service at the Blue Mountains Hospital in Katoomba.

- Extension of coal seam gas petroleum exploration licence buy-back scheme until June 30, 2015.

Labor

- Reserve $70m to install solar panels in all public schools.

- Establishment of a Hunter Transport Authority.

Greens

- Plan to eliminate scripture classes from schools.
