NSW couple terrorised in home invasion
AAP
A 73-year-old man has been punched in the face, and he and his wife wife threatened with a knife, during a home invasion in Sydney's northwest.
The man is in hospital after his 54-year-old wife was grabbed and forced inside by two men in balaclavas as she returned to her Annangrove home on Friday night.
The men demanded money, threatened the couple with either a long knife or machete and assaulted the man before fleeing empty-handed.
