NSW cop 'filmed sex with colleague'
A NSW police officer has been charged with secretly filming himself having sex with a female colleague and uploading the footage to social media.
The pair met up in Sydney's CBD in July this year while they were both off duty.
The 27-year-old, a senior constable attached to a specialist command, was arrested and charged on Monday, police revealed in a statement on Tuesday.
The social media platform was not named, but AAP understands he uploaded the video to a select group of users.
The man was charged with filming a person in a private act without their consent and using a carriage service to menace, harass or offend.
He was suspended from duty, granted conditional bail and will appear at Sydney's Downing Centre Local Court on September 25.
The professional standards command is investigating the incident, police said in a statement.
