Jade Walker, the sister of NRL player Dylan Walker, has had a manslaughter charge against her dropped over the death of her partner.

The 31-year-old was arrested after Gilbert Caetano, 51, was found with head injuries at a Brighton Le Sands home, in Sydney's south, on May 20.

She was charged with manslaughter and aggravated entering a dwelling with intent.

But both charges were withdrawn by prosecutors on Tuesday in the Downing Centre Local Court.
