No bail for Sydney partner murder suspect

The man accused of killing his 67-year-old partner in their Sydney unit has not applied for bail during a brief court mention.
Alan Lloyd Greentree, 62, was arrested on Monday after a woman's body was found in a Penshurst apartment by a regular visitor.
The case against him was mentioned briefly in Sutherland Local Court on Tuesday, when Greentree didn't apply for bail and it was formally refused.

He is expected to face the same court on October 9 via video link.
