A woman has died in a crash in northern NSW after a horror weekend saw four others killed on the state's roads.

Police say the woman died immediately following the two-vehicle crash on the Pacific Highway at Chinderah on Sunday afternoon.

It comes after a 15-year-old boy died in hospital on Saturday after the car he was travelling in veered off the road, flipped and smashed into a tree on the state's south coast.

The 15-year-old was sitting in the back seat of a Subaru Forrester, carrying three other teens, when it crashed at Batemans Bay on Friday evening.

The three other teens escaped serious injury.

News of his death came after two men were killed in a road crash between a ute and four-wheel drive near Canberra on Saturday afternoon.

The men were the sole occupants of vehicles which collided on Sutton Road in the Southern Tablelands.

A 21-year-old motorcyclist also died near Coffs Harbour on Saturday evening after he collided with a car.
