Motorcyclist dies in Sydney overpass fall

A motorcyclist is dead after crashing into a barrier and falling from an overpass in Sydney's eastern suburbs.

Emergency services were called to the Syd Enfield Drive overpass which runs from the city to Bondi after the rider crashed into a barrier and fell over the side about 1.30pm on Friday.

The man, who hasn't been formally identified, died at the scene.
