More storm-hit NSW schools close

More than 160 schools are now closed because of the storms that have battered NSW.

About 100 schools were declared closed on Tuesday.

Most on the NSW Central Coast, in the Hunter and Newcastle will not operate on Wednesday, the department of education says.

All Hunter TAFE campuses are also shut.

A list of closed schools is available and parents are advised to check www.dec.nsw.gov.au for more information.
