Amirah Droudis will have her bail reviewed today.

The wife of the gunman killed during the Lindt cafe siege could be taken into custody if her bail is revoked in a Sydney court on Monday.

Man Haron Monis's wife has been charged with involvement in the murder of his ex-wife.

Amirah Droudis will have her bail reviewed at Sydney's Downing Centre Local Court.

NSW Attorney-General Brad Hazzard asked the Director of Public Prosecutions to review the original bail decision.

"The charges laid against Amirah Droudis are extremely serious and her alleged actions involve a murder," Mr Hazzard said in a statement last week.

"On behalf of our community I want to know whether every aspect of her being on bail has been examined in all possible detail."

The review comes after questions were raised as to why gunman Monis was also out on bail.
