Men charged over Sydney home invasion

Two men have been charged after they allegedly broke into a Sydney home while a child and three adults were inside.

Police say two men, aged 28 and 32, entered a Guildford unit at Woodville Road about 8.15pm on Friday and were arrested at the scene.

They are set to face Parramatta Local Court on Monday charged with special aggravated break and enter, and commit a serious indictable offence.

Following the men's arrest, police were called back to the flat after the the family found a sawn-off pump-action shotgun, which was subsequently seized for forensic investigation.
