Men argued before NSW stabbing: police

Two men were seen arguing before one of them was stabbed in the back on the NSW south coast.

A 36-year-old man was found by locals outside a home at Nowra about 4.30am on Friday with stab wounds to his back and cuts to his neck and arms.

He is in a serious condition in Shoalhaven Hospital.

Police have been told the man was arguing with another man outside the home, shortly before he was discovered.
