Man shot in head in Sydney's west

A 19-year-old man has been arrested after another man was shot in the head in Sydney's west.

Police found the victim, also 19, at around 10.30pm last night on Captain Cook Drive in Willmot.

He's now in a serious but stable condition in hospital.
