Man seriously injured in Sydney boat crash

A man has been airlifted to a hospital in serious condition after he was involved in a high-speed boat crash on the Hawkesbury River in Sydney's north.
The 52-year-old suffered multiple injuries, including fractures to his lower limbs, during the accident near Pitt Town on Sunday afternoon, Careflight says.
He was flown to Westmead Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
