Man 'serious' after Sydney train stabbing

A man is in a serious but stable condition after being stabbed on a train in Sydney's north.
Emergency services were called to Epping Railway Station about 11pm on Thursday following reports a man had been stabbed while on a train.
He was treated at the scene for wounds to his neck and chest, before being taken to Royal North Shore Hospital.
