Man injured after falling off NSW cliff

A man is being treated for injuries to his leg and hand after falling several metres off a cliff at Port Macquarie on the NSW north coast.

The man, believed to be aged in his 60s, was also suffering from chest injuries when emergency services were called to Lighthouse Beach before 9am on Monday.

It's believed the man fell a number of metres while walking on the cliff, an Ambulance NSW spokesman told AAP.
