Man in his 60s dies in Parramatta smash

A man in his 60s has been killed after his car smashed into a cement barrier in Sydney's western suburbs.

Emergency services were called to James Ruse Drive in North Parramatta after the collision about 4pm on Friday.

The man was treated at the scene but later died in Westmead Hospital.
