Bodyboarder hit by dolphin airlifted to hospital

A man who was crashed into by a dolphin on the NSW south coast has been airlifted to a Sydney hospital.
The 27-year-old was bodyboarding at Bawley Point near Batemans Bay when the mammal struck his chest around 9am (AEDT), The Daily Telegraph reports.
The impact was reportedly so severe that it tore the man's wetsuit.

He is being transported to St George Hospital in a stable condition.
No one else was injured in the incident.
It is unclear if the dolphin was hurt.
