Man arrested over body in east Sydney unit

A man has been arrested after a body was found in a flat in Sydney's southeast.
A woman found her 47-year-old male friend dead in the Chifley unit, near Maroubra, about 6.30pm on Wednesday.
Officers arrested a 34-year-old outside a unit in Botany on Thursday morning and he is being questioned at Mascot police station.
