Man dies after thrown from ute in NSW

A man has died after being thrown from the tray of a ute in far west NSW.
A 21-year-old man was driving the Nissan utility in Broken Hill about 11pm on Thursday with passengers in the tray of the ute, police said.
A 29-year-old man was ejected from the tray and suffered serious injuries. He died at the scene.

The driver of the ute was charged with drive in a dangerous manner, dangerous driving causing death and drive whilst licence suspended.
The 21-year-old man was refused bail to appear at Broken Hill Local Court on Friday.
