Man charged with Sydney hotel stabbing
AAP
A 61-year-old has been taken into custody over the stabbing of an elderly man at an inner Sydney hotel.
Police arrested the man at a Wollongong home on Sunday afternoon, a day after he allegedly stabbed an 82-year-old man in the chest at an Alexandria venue following an argument.
It's believed the pair knew each other. The elderly man is in a stable condition after having emergency surgery at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
