Man charged with raping girl on NSW coast

A man accused of raping a young school girl during a home invasion on the NSW south coast has been charged.
The 22-year-old sexually assaulted the girl after breaking into the Shoalhaven home on March 18, police said.
He's been refused bail and will appear in Parkes Local Court on August 1 on charges of sexual intercourse with a child under 10, aggravated break and enter and committing a serious indictable offence.

Another 64-year-old man was also arrested on the state's Central Coast on Monday over the alleged sexual assault of a young girl.
Police say the man was refused bail and is due to face Wyong Local Court on Tuesday over one count of aggravated sexual assault of a child under 10 years.
