A man has been charged with murder over the death of a man found in a NSW unit with serious head injuries last year.
Ian Stanbury was found lying inside a unit at Cartwright, in Sydney's southwest, on December 18 and was taken to Liverpool Hospital, but died a few hours later.
On Friday afternoon police charged a 33-year-old man, who was also allegedly caught with a small amount of ice, with his murder.
