NSW woman fights for life, partner charged

A NSW Central Coast woman is fighting for life after her partner allegedly strangled and beat her in a domestic violence attack.
Police performed CPR on the 35-year-old woman on Tuesday night after responding to a call to an Ettalong Beach home.
She remains in Gosford Hospital in a critical condition, while a 34-year-old man arrested at the house faces charges including attempt to strangle/suffocate with intent to murder.

He was refused bail and will face Gosford Local Court on Wednesday.
