Man charged after NSW road rage incident

A man has been charged after an alleged incident of road rage in which another vehicle was almost rammed off the road in Newcastle.
The 47-year-old attended Singleton police station on Monday afternoon and faces a string of charges after footage was uploaded to the Dash Cam Owners Australia Facebook page at the weekend.
The video shows a person driving a white Toyota Land Cruiser along Maitland Road and apparently becoming enraged by another motorist in the right-hand lane.

The second vehicle, a 4WD driven by the P-plater, continues driving for about a minute before the motorist swerves suddenly and rams into the side of it.
The man is due to front Newcastle Local Court in October.
