Man charged after stabbing in west Sydney

A 38-year-old man has been arrested after a man was found with stab wounds in western Sydney.

Emergency services were called to the Berala Railway Station at 9.30pm on Tuesday following reports a man had been stabbed, who was taken to hospital and underwent surgery for his wounds.

Shortly afterwards a man, believed to be known to the victim, was arrested and is scheduled to appear in Burwood Local Court later on Wednesday.
