Man charged after scissor attack on train

A man who allegedly stabbed a 14-year-old boy aboard a train with a pair of scissors has been charged with affray.
Emergency services were called to Doonside Railway Station early on Wednesday morning after the teenager was stabbed, suffering non-life threatening injuries.
The 47-year-old man was refused bail and will appear at Penrith Local Court on Thursday.
