Man badly injured hit by minibus in Sydney

A man has been seriously injured after being hit by a minibus in Sydney's north.

The 30-year-old was running across three lanes at Carlingford Rd in Epping about 4.20am on Sunday when he was hit, police said.

He was treated at the scene for serious head injuries before being taken to Royal North Shore Hospital, while the bus driver has been taken to Ryde Hospital for mandatory testing.
