Man charged over NSW stabbing

A man has been charged after another man turned up at a NSW Riverina home with stab wounds.
The 22-year-old arrived at the home in Tumut early on Saturday morning and the resident flagged down a passing police car.
A 35-year-old man was later arrested, and has since been charged with common assault and wounding with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

The victim was flown to Canberra Hospital where he remains in a serious condition.
The 35-year-old was refused bail to appear in Wagga Wagga Local Court on Saturday.
