Man arrested in Sydney over steroids

A man who was pulled over in Sydney has been arrested after police allegedly found a stash of 5000 steroid tablets in his car.

The 31-year-old was stopped in Eastlakes about 11am and police said a search of the boot uncovered about 50 bottles filled with the drugs.

He's been charged with drug supply and granted conditional bail ahead of an appearance at Sydney's Downing Centre Local Court next month.
