Man allegedly stabbed several times from behind at Auburn property

A man in in hospital after he was allegedly stabbed repeatedly in Sydney’s west overnight.
Emergency services were called to a unit on St Johns Avenue in Auburn at about 1.30am to reports a man was injured.
On arrival they found a 24-year-old man whom they were told had been stabbed several times from behind by two other men inside the unit.
Paramedics treated the man at the scene before taking him to hospital.
He is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
A 26-year-woman was also present at the property but was not harmed in the attack.
A crime scene has been established at the unit and investigations are underway.
