* CCTV shows Gao meeting McNamara and Roger Rogerson at Padstow storage unit at 1.46pm

* Footage shows McNamara retrieving surfboard bag at 1.58pm then returning it laden with Gao's body to car at 2.18pm

* Rogerson and McNamara hire a block and tackle

* Gao's car, wallet, phone and keys found abandoned in Padstow
