Man accused of stalking Delta Goodrem back behind bars

A man, who was convicted of intimidating and stalking singer Delta Goodrem, is back behind bars.

James Lafferty, from Grafton in New South Wales, is accused of breaching a court order.

An AVO is in place for Mr Lafferty after he was charged last month with stalking the Australian singer through Instagram.

It's alleged he had sent her more than 300 poems the app, and then visited her Sydney apartment on valentine's day.

Police were called and he was charged.

Today he faced Grafton court via video link after allegedly contacted Goodrem via Instagram again, and was refused bail.

He is expected to be back in court on Monday.
