Geoffrey Rush defamation trial continues
AAP
Geoffrey Rush's defamation trial against a Sydney newspaper is set to continue after the Oscar-winning actor conceded it was possible he told a co-star she looked "yummy".
Rush, 67, spent three days in the witness box this week as he tries to prove he was defamed by articles and a poster about an allegation he behaved inappropriately toward an acting colleague.
Under cross-examination yesterday, Rush said it was possible he told fellow actor Eryn Jean Norvill she looked "yummy" during rehearsals for a Sydney Theatre Company production of King Lear.
