Fresh charges have been laid against a Sydney fashion designer who is accused of groping his female models.

Shardie Hourani, 32, who allegedly touched the breasts, buttocks and genitals of models, is now facing 14 counts of indecent assault up from an initial five.

Waverley Local Court heard on Thursday that two more women have come forward, adding to the first two, with the offences spanning over four years.

Hourani's lawyer, Wayne Pasterfield, told the court his client is likely to plead guilty when the matter returns to Waverley Local Court on October 27.

He told AAP his client is "extremely remorseful" and is likely to undergo counselling.

Since being charged, Hourani has lost his job working at a men's clothing store in Bankstown, Mr Pasterfield said.

Hourani's alleged assaults occurred across Sydney, as he staged photoshoots in public beachside locations.

In one photoshoot in March at La Perouse beach in Sydney's south east, Hourani allegedly straddled his victim and kissed her on the neck.

A month later, he hired the same model, and is accused of grabbing her breast.

While most of the assaults happened between 2014 and 2015, Hourani's alleged offending began in 2011.

His lawyer says while the number of charges against his client has grown, they are on the "lower end of the scale".
