Four teens arrested over Sydney robberies

Four teenage boys have been arrested in Sydney's west after a series of armed robberies and robbery attempts that police believed are linked.
The five reported incidents involved a knife being brandished at targeted men on the street and occurred between 10pm and midnight on Thursday in Lidcombe and Auburn.
One victim suffered a cut to his head and was taken to Westmead Hospital for treatment.

Following police inquiries, four boys, two aged 16 and two aged 17, were found and arrested in Lidcombe and early on Friday were assisting police with their inquiries.
"Initial investigations have led police to believe all five incidents are linked," police said in a statement.
