Neighbour arrested after man dies in house fire on NSW south coast
A 49-year-old man has died after his house was torched during an alleged argument with a neighbour on the NSW south coast.
Police say they have no doubt the fire was deliberately lit, and have arrested a man who lives a few doors away.

Neighbour, Peter Nielsen, said it took an hour for fire crews to put it out.
"Nobody would have lasted long in there," he said.
