Family escapes Sydney house fire

A family of four has managed to escape a fast-moving fire that engulfed a house in Sydney's west.

Firefighters were called to the blaze about 7.30pm on Friday to find the Glenmore Park property well alight.

A man, woman and two children inside the house at the time escaped uninjured after hearing a smoke alarm.
