Fadi Ibrahim 'indisposed' NSW court told

Fadi Ibrahim - the brother of Kings Cross nightclub identity John Ibrahim - is ''indisposed'' and unable to attend the NSW Supreme Court, his lawyer has said.

Michael Bennett on Tuesday told registrar Leonie Walton the civil case involving Fadi and a dispute over a $3 million Yowie Bay property had to be adjourned because he was ''indisposed in a very public way''.

Ms Walton then looked at the file and said she was aware of the Ibrahim name.

She agreed to adjourn the case to September 19.

Fadi and his brother Michael are awaiting extradition from Dubai after being arrested early this month as part of a joint Australian-UAE-Dutch investigation into an alleged international drug syndicate.
