Jury discharged for Sydney terror accused

The jury in the trial of a married couple accused of preparing for an act of terrorism in Sydney has been discharged.
Alo-Bridget Namoa and husband Sameh Bayda, both now aged 21, are accused of preparing a terrorist attack and having multiple documents connected with terrorism in early 2016 when both were aged 18.
Justice Desmond Fagan's reason for discharging the jury in the NSW Supreme Court on Tuesday - the trial's second day - cannot be published.
