AAP
An elderly man has died after a fire tore through a shed on a property in the state's central west.
The shed was well alight when emergency services arrived at the property at Kandos early on Tuesday morning and the 78-year-old's body was discovered inside after the blaze was extinguished, police say.
It's not yet known what caused the fire but police are not treating it as suspicious.
