AAP
A man was more than twice the legal blood alcohol limit when he rolled his ute, injuring two passengers in the NSW central west, police allege.
The 31-year-old driver crashed near Portland at around 2.30am on Sunday morning and returned a breath analysis reading of 0.131, police said.
Two male passengers were taken to Bathurst Hospital with minor injuries while the driver was arrested and issued with a court attendance notice to appear before Lithgow Local Court on June 22.
