Three men could be locked up for life after police seized $1 million worth of ecstasy and cocaine in Sydney's south.

A 31-year-old was arrested on Monday as police stormed a suspected drug den in Sandringham, seizing 10,000 pills.

Another two men, aged 51 and 46, were also arrested in raids at properties in nearby suburbs, where police found 2500 pills as well as cocaine, ecstasy powder and steroids.

The three men have been charged with supplying a large commercial quantity of a prohibited drug, which carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.

All three were refused bail to appear in court on Tuesday.

Police also found $320,000 cash, a stun gun, nunchaku and a slingshot during the raids.

A 32-year-old was charged with lesser drug offences and a 30-year-old was charged with weapons offences.

Both have been granted conditional bail to appear at Kogarah Local Court on February 17.
