Drug lab busted in central NSW
An ounce of ice, 150 grams of cannabis and equipment associated with a drug lab has allegedly been seized as part of an operation targeting drug supply in central NSW.
Police say they found the ice during the search of a car during a traffic stop in Mudgee on Thursday morning.
A search of a residential property then allegedly turned up 150 grams of cannabis and equipment associated with the manufacture of methylamphetamine.
A 53-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman, both from Mudgee, will face court on Friday charged with numerous offences relating to the manufacture and supply of commercial quantities of illicit drugs.
Another woman, aged 22, has been charged for possession of the drugs found in the car.
She has been bailed to appear in Mudgee Local Court on May 6.
Last year, local police formed Operation Rolex to investigate the production and supply of methylamphetamine in and around Mudgee.
